Ghana’s favourite actress, Nana Ama McBrown has brought home the actual meaning of a statement she made during Starr Woman 2017, that people should not buy expensive stuff, which people think she preached that which she practices not.
Interacting with Eli Kharis on GhToday on GhOne Tv, she reiterated her statement, in an advise that female students should desist from buying expensive accessories and phones with their school fees, to be later found flirting around to make up for the loss. She added that one could become a blogger with these expensive phones rather than just taking ‘selfies’.
Nana Ama McBrown said, she has no problem once, anyone who fancies luxury is working and has the means to afford them. She admonished students to be grounded in their educational pursuit which will later earn them the luxurious life they want live.
Furthermore, in her list of advice, she encounraged ladies to embrace the idea of working and being financially stable rather than to rely on a man she loves. She explained that men’s love may fade which may leave ladies financially crippled and so one’s work should be at the top of one’s priorities.
Meanwhile, she beckoned on many to be at the Silverbird Cinemas on 15th April, 2017 to watch the premiere of a movie titled, ‘John & John’ starring herself and lots of famous actors and actresses including John Dumelo, Lil Win, Pete Edochie, James Gardiner, Kalybos, Ahouf3 Patri and many more.
