Award winning blockbuster movie maker known in real life as Kofi Asamoah, CEO of KOFAS Media in-collaboration with Miracle Wave have team up to embark on another journey to release another mind-blowing movie yet to be shoot and premiere this year.
A short press conference held February, 17 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Accra, saw media outfits, actresses and actors waiting to here the good news about the new movie to be shoot.
The much anticipated movie with top notch actors and actresses promised to give their best in the movie and also set another record in the movie premiere.
Speaking at a press conference, CEO of KOFAS Media, Kofi Asamoah said: Ghanaian movie industry for sometime now lack investors investing in the movies producers make… and am proud to announce that KOFAS Media has partnered with Miracle Wave in the movie we are yet to shoot in different locations (Ada, Akosombo…).Executive Chairman of Miracle Wave Dr. Daniel K. G. Markin, said: Kofi Asamoah has a track record, which deem it as necessary for me to invest in his upcoming movie.
He however, encourage other corporate bodies to come and support the movie industry and Miracle Wave is here to stay in the Ghanaian Movie Industry.
For his part, veteran Nigerian actor Pete Edochie, after 18 years flew from Nigeria to grace the press conference.
According to him: actors and actresses are the people who export more of their culture to the outside world for them to be known.
He added that: he was going to put in his best for Kofas media.
Present at the press conference were, Joselyn Dumas, Lil Win, Nana Ama McBrown, Kalybos, Salma Mumin, Salley Galley among others.
Movie Christened: “Greedy Bastards”, the movie has stars including celebrated and veteran Nigerian actor, Pete Edochie, Kumawood stars, Kwadwo Nkansah, known on stage as Lil Win, and Nana Ama Mcbrown, Jocyln Dumas among others.
For his part, Executive Chairman of Miracle Wave, Dr. Daniel K.G. Markin, lauded the credentials of Mr. Kofi Asamoah.
According to him, his outfit’s decision to invest in his project was based on his competence.
Earlier, the casts for the movie paid a courtesy call on former President Jerry John Rawlings at his Ridge residence in Accra.
The former Ghanaian leader was excited about the title of the movie, and urged them to use their platform to fight corruption on the sub-region. According to former President Rawlings, you’ve chosen a more important and valuable issues relating to issues of corruptions.
